+: Lovely hotel, with daily entertainment for children and adults. Staff attentive, polite and was always happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Good food and direct access to the beach. Rooms cleaned daily. Everything was perfect 🥰 our biggest highlight of the holiday was Pasha, the hotel dog that stole our hearts. We love you Pasha 😍
-: We felt like a minority in the hotel as we was surrounded mostly by German guests. Songs in the morning were sang in german and games was mainly ran in german, so it didn't make us feel comfortable. Would have been a lot easier if reception staff spoke English. It was difficult to communicate even about the most simple things like duvet.

+: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Club Dizalya, and there were several aspects of my experience that stood out. The hotel is offering a wide variety of delectable dishes that catered to various tastes. The scenic beauty surrounding the hotel was nothing short of breathtaking. The hotel's beach was pristine and inviting, it's rocky but beautiful.Furthermore, the animation team at Club Dizalya truly added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. Their engaging activities and vibrant energy kept me entertained throughout my time at the hotel. Additionally, the kids club team was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that young guests had a memorable and safe experience.
-: However, I must mention a downside to my stay, primarily related to the reception staff. While Deniz was a shining star with his helpful attitude and proficient English skills. But the lack of communication skills and struggles with English of certain reception staff, especially Zeineb, were evident and somewhat frustrating. Her rudeness towards other guests, even if not directed at me, was disappointing and could potentially tarnish the vacation experience for others.The room was cleaned every day, but the towels are very dirty even after washing.The pool is so small to serve all guests, so we swam only once during 7 days.It's clear that Club Dizalya has great potential, but the management should address the issues faced at the front desk. The inability of some staff members to effectively communicate and create a welcoming atmosphere could potentially mar an otherwise wonderful vacation. I would recommend this property to anyone and with a bit of improvement in this area, Club Dizalya could truly be an exceptional destination for all.
