-: Ik had gevraagd om appartement niet op begane grond, krijg ik een zeer klein appartement op begane grond pal tegenover de bar. Gelukkig zag de receptionist dat dit mij niet beviel en kon ik op de 3de etage, weliswaar in een studio maar oppervlakte was hetzelfde als 1ste appartrment. Dus hier was ik blij mee. Serviesgoed zeer karig en niet schoon.

+: Thank you to everyone at Club Karakas for a wonderful holiday! The staff are truly incredible and really go the extra mile to ensure you are happy! The facilities are very nice. I was very impressed with my one bedroom apartment, whilst the pool area is lovely (boasting full day sun), and the barrestaurant areas are fantastic places to relax. Furthermore, the food was the best that I had all holiday, including in comparison to the best rated restaurants on trip advisor - the sea bass and chicken fajitas were particularly good. The hotel also boasts excellent value for money, with my drinksfoodaccommodation not proving to be very expensive at all.Finally, I had no concerns whatsoever about COVID due to the hotel's careful management of the situation. The facilities are regularly cleaned in a thorough manner, with hand sanitiser available. You will feel safe and able to relax by the pool in the same way as pre-pandemic holidays.Thank you again for a wonderful holiday

+: Club Karakas exceeded all expectations for me and my girlfriend who were traveling to Turkey for the first time. Having booked the flights and accommodation a few days before travelling it was all very last minute. However Club Karakas was a truly great place to stay. A modern hotel which provided us with a double bedded room as a special request, with good kitchen facilities and a very spacious balcony overlooking the pool which ensured a great sunny view with our morning coffees and evening beers. The pool area was prestine and cleaned every evening until it was spotless. Covid safety measures were on point with masks and temperature checks we felt safe our entire time. The pool area gets sun all day which is a huge bonus. The pool bar provided amazing cocktails and the restaurant with equally tasty food (we recommend the chicken casserole). Jonny and Geoff were the true highlights of the hotel though. Working behind the bar and restaurant from first thing in the morning until late at night, making drinks and serving food, they tended to all our needs and made us feel incredibly welcomed throughout our stay. On out first night when we arrived gone 12pm they even ordered us food in as their restaurant had shut. All drinks were made by them on site with fresh ingredients and tasted amazing, particularly their majitos were 1010. On top of this they would always go out if their way to chat to you, make sure you were enjoying your stay and give you tips regarding the local area. With the hotel situated 1015 mins from the beach and 20 mins from the marina, bars, shops, restaurants and amazing views are only just round the corner. Club Karakas has everything you need and provides an excellent platform to explore Marmaris. We loved our stay and will definitely return one day.
