-: Das Nebenzimmer ist sehr laut, und die Getränke aus dem Dispenser sind einfach schlecht. Ich gehe stark davon aus, dass das Hotel dies weiß. Es handelt sich um ein sehr altes Hotel mit einer Einrichtung aus den 70er Jahren. Alles in allem ist es okay.

+: Entertainment group and Photography teams were awesome.Waiter and waitress in Kitchen and Room cleaners are unsung heroes of the Kastur Club.
-: Kitchen staffs were good ,but in my opinion they were over worked and under paid.Management needs to look after their welfare to get smiles in their faces. Front desk staff,Reception and the girl managing reception needs hospitality training.Their guest relation skills is poor.Kitchen utensils cutlery etc are mostly dirty.Need improvement in that,management must pay attention or it may cause health issues to Guest.
