+: Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is the botanical walk to the beach. Also staff member Ibrahim was of great help to my family.
-: 1- the hotel is extremely dirty!!! The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The cleaning staff do not even have cleaning equipment with them.2- two of my family members got food poisoning from the hotels food. 3- rooms are old, outdated and have a permanent smell of mildew. Mattress are old and lumpy.4- the bathroom is moldy (please refer to the photographs I have attached) 5- pancake lady by the beach is extremely rude. Will prioritize serving locals first, although you are ahead in line. 6- they do not supply blankets, only bath sheetstowels as blankets7- service was horrendous, waited 3 days for the staff to fix the volume-less television. 8- food was tasteless, and staff were not compliant to the time stamps9- I cannot stress at how dirty the hotel was.

-: The hotel was EXTREMELY UNSANITARY! We got food poisoning from the hotels food. The walk to the beach was very long. Staff Service was horrible. The rooms were very dirty. We asked to speak to the manager multiple times to change our rooms because they were uninhabitable, and had wait for more than 30 minutes for him to speak to us. Hotel was extremely extremely DIRTY. Bathrooms had fungus and smelled of urine.

-: L'ensemble des chambres et les escaliers sont vraiment très très sale. J'ai jamais vu cela dans un hôtel auparavant.J'ai demandé à changer de chambre car elle ne correspondait pas à ma réservation ce qu'ils ont accepté mais la nouvelle chambre était un peu meilleure mais pas du tout propre. Les draps n'étaient pas changés chaque jour. Il y avait des fourmis. Il y avait constamment une odeur des égouts. J'ai préparé les vêtements et remplis le formulaire pour le lavage des vêtements mais il ne les ont pas lavé.Il y avait de la nourriture qui traîne dans le couloir depuis 2 jours.Je suis vraiment pas difficile j'ai pas l'habitude de mettre des commentaires pour rien mais là c'est vraiment une catastrophe.Cet hôtel est vraiment à fuir ce ne sont pas des professionnels.

+: we loved the location of the hotel. The food was pretty good - good variety. Beach was great. The short walk to the beach was great. Entertainment team were great.
-: The facilities need a facelift. We requested room change due to mildewmold smell. Rooms are not super clean. I will not rebook here until they renovate.

-: No house keeping, you call them they do not come, the tell you they are busy preparing for new comers. And thats for everyday. They do not clean well, even if you call many times they will respond very late

-: Slechte hygiëne. Badkamers zijn niet schoon, prullenbakken worden niet geleegd. Voor hygiëne scoren ze dikke onvoldoende. Airco’s werken niet goed. Geen gebruik kunnen maken van een kluis. Slechte communicatie van hotel.
