Featuring thermal pools, an outdoor swimming pool and a spa center, this eco-friendly hotel has comfortable accommodations and is just 4 km from the ancient city of Hierapolis. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel. There is also a heliport available on site.

+: Buffet molto vario sia a colazione che a cena. Molto comodo all'accesso nord di Pamukkale. Stanza come da standard americani.

-: 訂房時並沒有飯店設施即將進行整修的公告，入住前才臨時被訊息通知桑拿、SPA、室內泳池等多項設施進行整修無法使用，訂房房價還依旺季房價銷售，入住時check-in向櫃檯接待人員提出異議，還招到接待人員白眼，幾經波折後才由主管提出免費幫做房間升等補償，感受有點不好。飯店大廳有公告每晚肚皮舞演出時間表，結果等到演出時間卻不見任何舞者登場，有點被愚弄感覺。一泊二食的行程，晚餐雖然食物感覺選擇很多樣，但是都有待加強，而且連最基本的茶都不提供，只提供一小杯杯水，其餘茶水飲料全部都要自費，有感覺被耍了！飯店主要接待旅行團入住，他們都在每一個桌上準備大瓶礦泉水，顯然是對此使用餐環境非常有經驗。

+: Het eten en het hotel was prima
-: De muziek bij het zwembad stond hard en om 16.00 gingen de bassen en het volume nog wat extra omhoog.Ook waren er obers van het zwembad en restaurant die niet zo vriendelijk waren en er werd over gasten gepraat en uitgelachen.Prime hotel maar om die reden gaan wij er nooit meer heen.

+: La piscina y el buffet estaban muy bien
-: El baño no era el que aparecía en las fotos, la bañera antigua y no estaba del todo limpio, para un hotel de 5 estrellas no era lo que esperaba y además no hablaban muy bien inglés por lo que era difícil la comunicación.
