-: Am ersten Tag (Samstag) gab es eine Veranstaltung, die sehr laut war und bis nach Mitternacht ging. Schlafen ohne Ohrstöpsel war nicht möglich. Folgende Nächte waren ruhiger.Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 6. Etage mit Meerblick. Aufenthalt morgens auf dem großen Balkon war nicht auszuhalten, da die Gerüche von der Restaurantküche omnipräsent waren.

+: The staff were excellent and served with their hearts. They provided attentive and warm service and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing. The food was exceptional as well, with a different menu every night. The main dining hall gets quite busy at meal time but the catering for so many guests was consistently of a high standard. The outdoor pool and the beach area is lovely. The nightly entertainment was enjoyable too, and again of a high standard. The Turkish bath was quite good as well.
-: Parts of the property look a little dated and need to be refreshed. At present, some facilities feel four rather than five star. The cleaning of the rooms could be of a higher standard. For instance, when we checked in there were crumbs on a chair on the room and on the desk. On one of the days, we ended up dragging some pebbles with our beach attire into the room. The next day, after the cleaning was done, the room floor was still littered with pebbles. Also, the empty toiletry bottles were not always removed from the shower area.

+: Apa la 30 grade din pisicine a fost extraordinară, mai ales pt copil, Locația foarte ok, personalul foarte primitor și săritor la orice situație (cu mici excepții, mai gasești și unii plictisiți), mâncare în general bună și variată, curățenie ok, acoperire wifi foarte bună.
-: - În restaurantul principal ar fi fost excelent dacă se punea mai mult pește. E pe coasta mării, aveam așteptări mai mari legat de acest aspect. - Nisipul din apropierea mării pietros. Intrarea în mare era foarte abruptă, la 5m de mal apa avea 1.5m adâncime, dacă mai prindeai și valuri mari nu prea puteai să stai cu copiii în mare.
