-: بعض محتويات الحمام أجلكم الله المغسلة بها شرخ يجب استبدالها لأنها تعرض سلامه السكان للخطر والتسبب بالجروح لاقدر الله

+: I liked so many things! Friendly reception, great staff, comfy bed and pillow, clean room, nice view, a huge breakfast buffet with so many options and a perfect cafe with the best view ever! sadly I just remember Ahmet from the cafe, and Funda-Nuray from the breakfast area but all of the staff were amazing. thank you IHG!

-: I liked everything but only as a suggestion, it would be great to have a coffee machine for the breakfast so people can get a variety of coffee drinks. Also it would be awesome to have some complimentary drinks in the reception area. There was water, but simply by adding some slices of cucumber or lemon it becomes perfect! Again, it's not a complaint, only a suggestion to go from exceptional to legendary ;)

+: Lage am Meer, sehr entspannt. Schöner Pool, schöner Bar mit Aussicht. Es ist ein Urlaubshotel.

-: Sehr verwinkelt, wenige Wegweiser. Man muss immer fragen. Personal ist freundlich, aber sie müssen besser geschult werden.. zB. beim Servieren Cola geschlabbert (kann passieren, kein Problem), trotzdem mit Flecken auf den Tisch stehen gelassen. Zum Frühstück Kaffee wird serviert, ohne Löffel und kein Zucker auf dem Tisch. Alles wäre OK, aber es handelt sich um ein 5 Sterne Hotel : )

+: Bel hôtel dans un emplacement idéal pour des vacances agréables en famille. Grande piscine et vue sur la mer de Marmara. Proche de la station du Marmaray qui vous emmène au centre d’Istanbul. Proximité avec plein de restaurants (assez chers tout de même)

-: Ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles. Certaines prestations comme le service au restaurant ou le front desk laissent franchement à désirer et peuvent friser l’agacement. L’hôtel est prisé pour les mariages qui font un boucan du diable jusqu’à 2324h particulièrement le samedi. L’état de la piscine laisse à désirer.
