+: Trevlig och professionell personal som gjorde sitt jobb väl. Väldigt god och varierad mat. Även en väldigt rolig aquapark.
-: Kunde varit mer aktiviteter för underhållning vid tex poolen för både vuxna och barn. Samt tydligare info i vart aktiviteterna hålls. De flesta personalen kunde tyvärr inte engelska heller.

+: De accommodatie is ruim opgezet en heeft meerdere faciliteiten. Aan de kinderen is ook gedacht met een verscheidenheid aan glijbanen voor verschillende leeftijden.
-: De accommodatie ligt afgelegen van het bruisende Side. De hygiëne in de kamer is erg achteruitgegaan. Ik kom hier voor een vierde jaar op rij en in de douche kwam ik veel schimmel tegen en houtrot. Meerdere mensen hebben voedselvergiftiging opgelopen van het eten. Het is erg druk waardoor er rijen staan voor het avondeten en hierdoor is de eetzaal ook erg rumoerig. Als je rust en hygiëne belangrijk vindt zou ik niet voor dit hotel kiezen. Tevens vind ik ze dit jaar erg duur qua prijs kwaliteitverhouding.

+: L’hospitalité d’ailleurs on s’est présenté le matin très tôt à 8h alors que le checking était à 14h00 ils nous ont accueilli et laisser prendre notre petit déjeuner ainsi qu’aller à la piscine en attendant que la chambre ne se libère et le dernièr jour c’était pareil nous avions un vol à 3 h du matin on a libéré la chambre à 11 h mais nous sommes rester jusqu’au soir à l’intérieur de l’hôte profiter de la piscine ainsi du all inclusif sans que personne ne nous dérange vraiment c’est très rares de trouver des hôtels pareil c’est pour cela que je le recommande

+: Some of the stuff could speak a few languages and were extremely helpful.
-: Not a good location. It’s in the middle of nowhere. You can change beach towels only once a day which is terrible. The water park is dangerous. Workers don’t look when they release people, so I was riding right into a child and pushing him down the waterslide which could result in injuries for both of us. Hotel staff did not clean the room often enough. The hotel did not provide a shampoo which is insane for all inclusive hotels, so I had to request it. My mother requested it too but it wasn’t provided for her and my sister. Food was very strange. It did not feel like authentic Turkish cousin.
