+: The hotel is great! The manager Ibrahim was in contact with us from the beginning, he helped us with all our questions and also with the transfer to and from the hotel, without him our stay would not have been so comfortable. Ibrahim put us in a great room with freshly renovated and marvellous sea view. The hotel has everything for a great holiday: sea, pool, aqua park, sauna, evening entertainment programmes, numerous places with food and drinks, I even saw some guests watching films on the projector in the evenings. The food is quite tasty and varied, there are many different drinks. The staff do their work quickly and promptly. The general atmosphere disposes to finally relax after working days and reset your head

+: Insgesamt eine tolle Anlage, ein tolles Meer und ein tolles Hotel. Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich, sowohl andere Rezeption als auch in der Gastronomie. Auch in der Bedienung sind sie sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Die Anlage ist wunderschön die Pavillon sind super die Betreuung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Man fühlt sich hier wie zu Hause, auf jeden Fall würden wir wiederkommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Räume könnten natürlich bisschen größer sein auch die Bäder. Ansonsten ist alles optimal eingerichtet besonders mit Pavillons waren wir sehr zufrieden Der Urlaub hat sich richtig gelohnt. Wir bedanken uns bei dem ganzen Personal für die tolle Betreuung. +: Amazing service from Ibrahim and the spa manager George! Ibrahim was always responsive for even the smallest of questions. George told us all about the spa and he was never pushy with what we should buy. In the end our lovely masseuses mamik and trishna were just lovely. The staff overall was always cheerful and helpful.Extremely picturesque beaches and the food was good with something different every single day.

+: The hotel is very nice, there are a lot of trees, which gives shadow even during very hot nights. Food and drinks were of very good quality, very friendly and helpful stuff, especially Mr. Ibrahim was very helpful and supportive during the stay and helped us with all our questions! Our daughter visited several times kids club and liked it a lot. Rooms are also quite comfortable and has all necessary. There are a lot of activities to be done for kids as well as for the adults.
-: We enjoyed the stay a lot, there were only 2 small details which were a bit uncomfortable- no beans coffee available before 10 AM and some toilets of general usages, like the one close to the pool need some renovations.
