+: The hotel had many restaurantsbars and activities such as water slides, cinema room, spa, kids room, kids show, game room (like a casino) and the pools were big.

-: The staff barely speaks english and many are slow. When we arrived, one of our rooms wasn't registered due to a system issue and it took more than 2 hours for the room to be ready (after 2am). When we went to one of the rooms that was assigned to us, the door wasn't working and then we realized that was because it had already guests inside. Terrible mistake. One of the restaurants doesn't allow to have more then 4 people sitting together which is bad for groups. The water slides are only opened from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 4pm, so it means that is only opened for 4 hours. On our first day we tried to book one of the a la carte restaurants and it was almost impossible to schedule, and only one of the a la carte restaurants were free, so if we wanted to schedule more then one meal on the a la carte restaurants, it was going to be charged. The food was totally turkish and for the kids it was terrible since it was nuggets and sausages for all the meals, since most of the food had sause or was spicy.
