-: I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Despite its appearance of being a luxury hotel , it is in fact quite basic. From check-in to check-out, my experience was far from satisfactory.The reception staff were inefficient and lacked any real knowledge about guest services.Additionally, all the beaches were always overcrowded. Finding a spot was nearly impossible unless you were willing to wake up at 7 AM to secure one.Overall, my stay was not pleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a true luxury experience.
