+: The food was absolutely exceptional along with some staff members. Doğan, Şahin, and Sezayi Aydemir who made our stay extra special.
-: We were looking forward to our spa time but it was a huge disappointment. The guy selling the tickets at the beach claimed the workers were all experienced but in reality they were not. We were taken in to Sauna for only 2 minutes then got moved into “so” called hamam where we were asked to lay down. The room was cold and the girl poured cold water on me instead of hot and started lightly scrubbing but absolutely not putting any pressure. In this process dead skin should be removed but the girl kept an insisting my body was oily. We walked out of the room declining the service. When getting a refund for the service the upper managements excuse to rooms being cold is due to older customer portfolio. I don’t think this should be an excuse. They should increasedecrease room temperatures according to each customer preference along with the scrubbing.

Les chambres spacieuses, les couloirs et espaces de l’hôtel avec des odeurs parfumées, la grande piscine intérieure et extérieure, le SPA, la salle de sport incroyable, la super belle plage privée. La nourriture (buffet, snacks) est exceptionnelle et chaque produit est savoureux et de qualité, c’est plus bon que dans certains restaurants. Le personnel est adorable et a toujours le sourire. Beaucoup d’autres belles choses que je n’ai pas cité mais qui valent le coup de découvrir ce bel hotel 5 étoiles qui sont pour le coup justifiées !

+: My stay was great , especially friendly staff, food made it so great !!! The bed is too soft and the pillows are too big - that’s the only issue that needs improving :)
