-: Hier ist eine ausführlichere Version der Bewertung:"Das Hotel mag auf den ersten Blick ansprechend wirken, doch leider gibt es eine gravierende Schattenseite, die wir als Gäste schmerzhaft erfahren mussten. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Diskothek, deren Lautstärke in den späten Abendstunden und bis tief in die Nacht hinein völlig unzumutbar ist. Die Geräuschkulisse war so extrem, dass es unmöglich war, zur Ruhe zu kommen oder auch nur ein wenig Schlaf zu finden. Es fühlte sich an, als würde die Musik direkt in unserem Zimmer gespielt werden. Wir haben in unserem ganzen Leben noch nie so eine Lärmbelästigung erlebt, und es war schlichtweg geisteskrank, wie laut es war. Von einem erholsamen Aufenthalt konnte keine Rede sein.Aber damit nicht genug – auch der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig. Beim Checkout am 29.08.2024 wurden wir von einer Dame an der Rezeption betreut, die an Unfreundlichkeit kaum zu überbieten war. Ihre überhebliche und arrogante Art war für uns unverständlich und unangebracht, besonders in einem Hotel, das sich mit 5 Sternen rühmt. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen und waren schockiert über dieses Verhalten. Solch ein Umgang mit Gästen ist in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie absolut inakzeptabel.Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen
