-: During our stay we constantly had to constantly deal with the technical problems and wait hours for the problems to be fixed. After settling in the suggested room, the AC appeared to be out of order and after long-hours several technical tries it didn’t work. We had to move to a different room exhausted after our trip and sit & wait the whole day… the following days we had to get other technical issues to be resolved - constantly running water in the bathroom, broken sockets, etc. Moreover the cleaner threw out (by mistake as it was said) my teamaker and nobody from the hotel neither apologised at least for courtesy, nor tried to solve it. None of the SPA facilities, swimming pool, etc was working.

+: Das Hotel ist mittelmäßig aber das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich habe Frühstück inklusive gebucht. Frühstück war reichhaltig. In der Nähe gibt es auch eineMetro Station, was den Aufenthalt in Istanbul erheblich erleichtert
