+: I loved everything about the hotel, beach, food, room, shows, staff…it was great Halik was such a caring man at the restaurant, he was very nice always smiling and greeting and makes sure everything is good with us.
-: Watch out from taxi drivers ordered by the hotel, the taxi driver made us stop at a tourism office on our way and made a man come talk to us to demand a certain fee which was double what it really costs, claiming that it’s a hotel taxi, lie and rip off.. very unprofessional

-: Ausblick und die Aktion von der Rezeption. Ich hatte eine Bestellung, die in das Hotel geliefert werden sollte. Diese habe ich auch organisiert und besprochen und auch Geld an der Rezeption hinterlassen. Am Tag der Lieferung habe ich den Anruf von der Rezeption verpasst als ich 20 min säuberte zurückgerufen habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie meine Lieferung nicht angenommen haben, weil ich zu wenig Geld hinterlassen hätte. Ich hatte 300TL hinterlassen. Mein Paket wurde in eine Filiale gebracht, die 10 Km entfernt war. Am Abreisetag habe ich mein Paket abgeholt und es hat sich herausgestellt, dass es nur 80 TL kostet. Fazit ich wurde von der Dame an der Rezeption angelogen. Sie hatte das Geld, welches ich hinterlegt habe nicht gefunden und mir dreist erzählt, dass mein Päckchen 400TL gekostet hätte. Ich habe die letzten 2 Tage nicht genießen können, da sich meine Gastgeschenke in dem Paket befunden haben und diese für mich sehr wichtig waren. Ich hätte erwartet, dass man das Geld vorstreckt und mein Paket annimmt, weil ich vom Tag 1. an gesagt habe, dass das Päckchen sehr wichtig für mich ist.

+: De service en de faciliteiten. De kinderen hebben genoeg Activiteiten en de personeel doet er alles aan om behulpzaam te zijn. Locatie is dichtbij het vliegveld al met al top.
-: Niks eigenlijk. Thema's en activiteiten zijn divers. En er is voor iedereen iets te doen.
