Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Deniz Palace Hotel 3* 2024-2025 Turkey, Istanbul

+: Staff were helpful friendly and cheerful..its a small personal hotel..you get hot water, clean bed, clean room. And there are plenty of shops around etc WiFi access all over the hotel.If you're looking for a base to explore Istanbul.. then you can't go wrong. If you want peace, tranquility and 5 star ...don't stay here. The main road can be loud.

+: La posizione è buona per poter visitare il centro di Istanbul. È in un'area abbastanza tranquilla e ben frequentata. Vi sono diversi servizi vicini.

-: Stanza un po' rumorosa lato strada. Bagno abbastanza pulito, ma potrebbe essere meglio. Letto comodo.

-: From the beginning they gave me a room with single bed, but in my booking it was double. Few days later they gave me the room with double bed. They did not give me a compensation or even an apology. In the first room the bathroom doors were broken, so the water went on the floor. In both rooms it smelled with cigarettes and I could hear everything that is happening inside and outside. The cleaners talked loud in the corridor and also listened to music, so it was hard to concentrate on work. The window was making a whistling noise every 15 seconds or so. My old friend booked the room in the hotel as well, but she did not use booking(so she cannot leave a review) and lived on a different floor. I wanted to show her the city view from my room, which I actually liked. She came to my room for a few minutes and after that when we were on reception I was told not do it again unless we prove that we are actually married, they saw it from the surveillance cameras. Few days later the same person when I was entering the hotel told me to show my passport again because he thinks I previously showed him fake. This was the worst experience ever. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

+: This hotel is close to the Golden Horn. It's great price and very decent facilities for its price. Good stable Wi-Fi. Parking is scarce, only a few parking spaces in front of the hotel and often occupied. But there is a paid parking very close (2 mins by foot) so we parked there.

-: No specific thing we didn't like. Maybe breakfast would have been good, but due to pandemic it's understandable. Also keep in mind that it's on a main street and it could be a bit noisy.
