+: Fantastic experience for morning balloon photos. Manager was able to make a fruit plate and bring late at night to us upon request. Plenty of space at the resort and room to roam and walk to the touristy part of town. As a bonus the hotel dog, Mr. Pickles, took photos with us.
-: The temperature in the room was a bit difficult to get right - either very warm or cold. In time we figured it out.

+: Ha sido la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel: siempre supe que volvería: no podría estar en ningún otro lugar. No hay palabras para describir su belleza, las increíbles suites, la calidez del personal, sobre todo de mi adorada Fifi de reception... Tiene una mística, una vistas que llenen el alma, sobre todo a primeras horas de la mañana y al atardecer, y más aún a la hora de la adhan, cuando el almuedano llama a oración desde los minaretes: es sobrecogedor. El personal es muy atento y te ayudan con todo lo que necesites, desde organizarte un tour , hasta simplemente compartir contigo y conversar. El desayuno es excelente, típico turco y servido en el restaurante del mismo hotel, donde también se puede cenar a precios muy competitivos. La ubicación también es un plus: uno llega al centro en menos de 3 minutos a pie; y si uno tiene suerte, Limon -una de las mascotas del hotel- te acompañará en los paseos por la ciudad...porque otra característica muy positiva-para los amantes de los animales- será disfrutar de la compañía de los perros y gatos del hotel : Mrs.Limon, Mrs. Rex, y muchos gatos más. Los baños tienen tina jacuzzi, siempre impecable, pero las juntas de los box ducha sí necesitan un cambio o una excelente limpieza. Por lo demás

+: It is just a wonderful property. With the location, the ambiance, the staff and the food, everything is great. Seperate and secure place for parking is a plus. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Helped me with booking activities which were value for money and very professional.Their dog Limon is someone whom I had to mention. The love that pet showered at me and my family was incredible. Waiting at our room footsteps for hours and then leading us everywhere in the hotel. The room was big, had 2 balconies and a large sitting area. The breakfast had great options. All in all I only have good things to say about Dere Suites.
