    +: totul a fost minunat, de la cap la coada. Abia astept sa revenim acolo in cel mai scurt timp. De cum am ajuns, personalul a fost foarte implicat si chiar daca nu prea vorbesc engleza, am reusit sa ne intelegem.Am primit o camera mare, spatioasa dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie.Insa cea mai incantata sunt de personal si de felul cum ne -au facut sa ne simtim. Foarte draguti, prompti si implicati. Ne-am facut foarte multi prieteni. Recomand tuturor acest resort. Mese bogate, mancarea diversificata. Abia astept sa revenim!!!

    +: Rooms cleaned daily, very clean everywhere actually unlike the comments suggested in the reviews. Great sea and mountain views. Lots to do in the hotel. Looks like its going through a rebrand phase, but for better good.

    -: Reception staff are a bit selfish, making deals with taxi drivers to charge you 100-200 lira on top of the meter charge. Coffee machines are a bit slow, and Russians getting prioritised over anything. Minibar never refilled.
