+: Personel harikaydı, İngilizce konuşmayı bilmeseler bile, istanbul'da ilk kez çevirileri kullanıyorlar, bize toplu taşıma ile nasıl gidileceğini açıklamak için ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yapıyorlar, harika hizmetiniz için hepinize bağırıyorlar, resepsiyon ekibi ve odamızı temizleyen ve yardım istediğimizde bize yardım eden İran'dan gelen genç bayana çok özel bir teşekkür… The staff was awesome even if they don’t know how to speak English they use translations for our first time in istanbul they try their best to explain to us how to go about with public transport shout out to all of you for your great service the reception team and a very special thanks to the young lady from iran who clean our room and help us whenever we ask for help

-: The breakfast is always the same every morning and it’s not varies and one men on thr reception i think he was the boss his facial expressions and tone was rude

+: Hotel is nice inside, clean and have everything that I needed for this trip. My room had enough space, clean enough to be okay with it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good enough, wouldn't looking for more. Location is good in way that is very close to Kapali Çarsi.

-: What I didn't like is location for alone girl trip, i felt unsafe in that zone. It's a little bit bussy area, a lot of noice, lot of workers, lot of everything, everywhere and I was sleeping at the 6 floor, like I'm alone in hotel so felt a little bit scared. After first night I had red spots on my body from the sheets, who was clean but maybe not hygienic enough, second time in my life that that was happen. Toalet is not hygienic as it should be, but it was good enough to handle.

-: ・シャワーが狭いし扉が壊れているため外がびしょびしょになる。 ・防音性はなし！常に机などを引きずる音がしていた。 ・朝食時間は7時からなのに5～10分毎日遅れてた。

+: Tout le personnel est très sympa et serviable et à l’écoute. Super emplacement, proche des transports. le petit déjeuner est très varié avec beaucoup de choix. L’hôtel est très propre.

+: The hotel is quite easy to find, close to the tramway. Facilities are all given, as well as in the room, itself. The staff is outstanding: everyone is very kind and helpful, with good level of English! I loved the breakfast, too: varied, organized and the time you have for it, is long enough.

-: The only thing I would complain about, is the noise outside. I mean out of my room, on the corridor. Walls are not sound-proof, at all.
