+: Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig. Die Lage ist toll. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze vor dem Hotel.

-: Wenn man seine absolute Ruhe braucht, könnte die Hauptstraße stören. Ansonsten war alles super.

-: I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was informed that my room was in a completely different hotel nearby, which was clearly cheaper and far below the standard of what I had originally booked. When I raised concerns and asked for compensation, the staff were extremely unprofessional, trying to gaslight me by claiming the new hotel was equivalent or even better—this was blatantly untrue.After getting nowhere with them, I had to involve Booking.com representatives. They got the hotel manager on the line. Instead of resolving the issue, he was rude and disrespectful, even to the booking representatives. After 30 minutes of arguing, the manager finally agreed to a 10 euro discount, despite the fact that the price difference between the two hotels was larger.If you end up booking here, make sure you’re actually staying at the hotel you booked. If they try to move you, I highly recommend leaving immediately because they will not compensate you fairly. Avoid this place if you value your money and peace of mind!

+: It's an overall nice hotel, I liked my room and the vibe of the hotel was nice. The balcony had a nice view of the mountains and I never had any issues with noise from the bars outside. There was a good air conditioning in the room

-: It was very dirty and throughout my stay the room was never cleaned properly. The bedding and towels were changed regularly but there was rubbish when I checked in and the floors and surfaces were never dusted and mopped.

+: Hotel heeft vriendelijke personeel. heeft een winkelstraatje waar je alles kan vinden, best wel leuk plaats, gewone zwembad dat voldoende was, naar de zee kan je worden gebrachtafgehaald, service van de hotel. We zijn tevreden vertrokken.

-: The room wasn't cleaned everyday or clean towels others rooms were the reception staff were bit rude and not helpful could of done with more variety for breakfast.

-: The staff attitude towards us The room was not cleaned properly if at all We always had to ask them to clean and change our towels All they were good at was to count towels We were asked to change a room on Monday as a favour We had to pack up everything and as we went out for an excursion we came back wet towels hanged up from the floor and the room not cleaned It was about 19:00 when we cam r back tired as we were we had to go to reception and ask for towels The manager on duty was not bothered about it at all Our Cups and Glasess not regularly cleaned we had to clean them ourselves but were not provided with any dishwashing facilities so had to wash them in the bathroom basin with no soap. Such a bad experience We felt it’s a Racial thing as all reviews I read were positive but had to beg to differ after our experience We only stayed 7 night due to a change on our flight I told the manager when we got there and she said she will sort the refund for one night out The last day when we checked out on the 8th the person at reception told us we have to sort it out with Booking .com We were in a hurry as our flight time was 10:00 could argue with them But can you guys please sort our refund out with them

+: We booked it for one night only to stay after a flight, so we chose this apart and asked for a ground floor room as we did not want to carry our luggages upstairs. When we arrived the receptionist told us that the room we booked was still in use by previous guests so they took us to another hotel in their ownership called Sarigerme Inn. It wasnt great as were very tired and wanting to go to bed but the staff was very kind and friendly, we didnt mind much for one night only. The room was nice and clean, air conditioned, next morning we had a very nice breakfast which I believe it was complimentary, our daughter used the litte swimming pool outside then we checked out. It was all fine except not staying at the place we booked.

-: I think the booking system should be a bit more proffessional and any changes should be communicated with the guests. Dolphin apart location was central but Sarigerme inn is a little more tucked inn.
