+: Location is excellent (downtown Fatih area). The breakfast is also excellent
-: Room was not sound proof. Those who are very sensitive to outside noise would require ear plugs. Also, the gym does not open until around 8:00am (I am not sure why early bird guests cannot go for early workout before having their breakfast).

+: Przemiła i pomocna obsługa. Różnorodne i smaczne śniadania - dominowały lokalne potrawy.
-: Kilka drobnych niedociągnięć jak na hotel 5-gwiazdkowy: potwornie skrzypiąca szafa, niedziałające światło w przedpokoju, brak wentylacji w łazience. Poza tym bez zarzutu.

+: Great staff, great breakfast, nice pool, good location.
-: Despite the advantages and with all due respect to the staff, this is not a 5-star hotel, but rather a 4-star one. Because even some 4-star hotels I have been to were better and provided more services and amenities for almost the same price. We also didn't like that we could hear everything that was going on in the lobby, and the lighting was weak. The rooms were more or less okay, but the lobby was always practically pitch dark.
