-: Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,Ich schreibe Ihnen, um mich über den Service des Hotels zu beschweren. Wir haben ein Taxi angefordert und ich habe nach den Kosten gefragt. Der Mitarbeiter des Hotels sagte mir, dass es 1200 TL kosten würde. Ich sagte ihm, dass ich keine TL dabei hätte und ob ich in Euro zahlen könnte. Er sagte mir, dass der Taxifahrer keine Euro akzeptiere und dass es TL sein müssten. Er schlug vor, dass wir ihm 35 Euro geben und er würde dem Taxifahrer die TL bezahlen. Ich gab ihm 50 Euro und er sollte mir 15 Euro zurückzahlen. Allerdings gab er mir nur 250 TL zurück, was nur 5 Euro entspricht.Ich war bereits gegangen, als ich bemerkte, dass er mir zu wenig Geld zurückgegeben hatte. Ich habe mich daraufhin an das Hotel gewandt, um die Angelegenheit zu klären.Ich bitte Sie, diese Angelegenheit zu untersuchen und sicherzustellen, dass solche Vorfälle in Zukunft nicht mehr vorkommen.Mit freundlichen Grüßen,Tawfeeq

+: Wir hatten zu erst ein Low Budget Zimmer gebucht, welches wir bei Ankunft direkt wechseln durften. Den Aufpreis mussten wir dann im Nachgang nicht bezahlen, das Team war hier sehr kulant, da das zweite Zimmer mit Baby recht klein war. Aber der Service war einfach nur der Hammer, das ganze Personal war sehr nett und vorallem der Mitarbeiter Serkan hat all unsere Wünsche von den Lippen gelesen. Man hat gemerkt das auf Kundenzufriedenheit wirklich sehr viel Wert gelegt wurde. Ulasim iyidi durak hemen 1 dakika uzaklikta. The Tram was 1 Minute to the hotel and you can reach all destinations in a short time. The Hotel is small but cute. The Service, the coworkers are really interested that your happy during your stay, espacially ‘ Serkan ‘ was soooo friendly. We would chose dosso dossi again. Hotel küçük ama çok tatlı, çalışanlar hepsi çok nazik. Ilk odamizdan memnun kalmadigimiz için degistirme imkanimiz oldu ve fark ödicektik bunu sonra dan iptal ederek bize bildirdiler. Bunun için ayrı teşekkür ederiz. Bebeğimiz ile çok güzel vakit gecirdik, Serkan bey okadar iyi ve ilgili bir calisan bizim için cok kosturdu sağolsun. butün personel çok nazikti çok memnun kaldik.
