+: i like the staff specially the receptionist Zainab she was outstanding, very cooperative and helpful in facilitating the procedures and making our stay pleasant and comfortable.

+: Amazing staff, nothing is too much trouble. Lovely hotel, stunning views from our sea view rooms, delicious meal in the restaurant (a great breakfast too!). Facilities were fab, free parking, easy to locate in our car and the children loved the pool! We cannot wait to come back. Nearly forgot to say, the location is great…it took 20 mins to get into Old Town in the evening rush hour and only cost a few pounds!

+: Disappointed with the overall experience, staff is unfriendly, they don't even greet the guest. We arrived at the Hotel at about 1am they didn't bother turn the main lights. I have travelled to 20 countries in Europe, ME and Asia. never had this level of poor staff. right from security at the entrance, reception to restaurant no one smiles or extended friendly greetings. Will never even visit this hotel again or recommend anyone and I'll make sure I will update trip advisor as well. Further, They on the third day they kept a towel with Dustdirt one one room, also in one of the rooms we had, AC didn't work properly, however, they came and fixed it. I took it up from them about the service, but not even a formal apology. Overall. this level service was not expected from DD Hilton. Not sure if this is run by a franchisee who doesn't care about customer experience. Honestly speaking this is first time I have ever seen such low level service in Hotel industry and had to submit remarks of this kind.

-: Staff friendliness is hopeless, when I mentioned this to the person at the reception when I checked out, he said they are all unhappy in the country and stressed. I did say to him people come to Hilton expecting certain level of standard and customer service. he laughed for this remark and said are you going to complain about me as well. Very unprofessional. I must say there was one Lady at the restaurant desk and one gentleman at the reception, except these two rest hasn't gone through any training at all, There attitude very bad.
