+: The staff were ok. The facilities was ok. The food was nice. The hotel remembered my daughter’s birthday n left a card n cake n decor in d room which was a nice gesture.
-: I would have given the whole experience an excellent rating but for 1 reason, I can’t do that. The room we were given was always smelling of urine n poo after d 3rd nite. It wasn’t like that on the 1st & 2nd nite but by 3rd nite , we started hearing the upper floor flushing system and that was when the whole problem started. I didn’t want to change rooms cos we had just 2 days left and moving all our stuff wit 3 kids was not an experience I was looking forward to. Rooms shouldn’t smell like that. I told the receptionist and nothing was done about it. Stay away from room 1402 if u love urself.
