-: All'arrivo la camera non aveva il letto matrimoniale, come richiesto. Poi abbiamo avuto dei problemi in seguito alla pulizia della camera (per esempio si erano più volte dimenticati di mettere asciugamani e saponi nuovi). Niente di grave, ma una maggiore attenzione sarebbe necessaria per soddisfare a pieno i clienti.
