+: It’s location, in the heart of the old town

-: The images are nothing like the reality, I booked a room and they gave me a basement room and after a fight and charging extra 150€ they moved me in the room I book via booking. The breakfast is very limited. The room was immediately on the street so I could hear everything, the toilet had no ventilation.

+: Was a bit worried having read some bad reviews but the place seems to have been done up recently. It was clean, air-conditioned. The pool area was small but lovely and the staff very friendly and attentive. Location was also perfect, right by Hadrian’s gate but on a main road so easy for taxi drop offpick up. Loads of great shops and restaurants nearby.

-: Some reviews have mentioned thin walls. This didn’t bother us when we were asleep but when we woke up we could hear some noise from next door. Not a problem for us but something to consider if you’re a light sleeper. Hotel also didn’t respond to any of our messages before our stay.
