+: Kind staff, Clean, Central enough to reach busses (to the airport and to the central Istanbul), trams and trains. We knew that the kitchen was there, but we were surprised by how well-equipped it was for being a "hotel kitchen". We arrived very early in the morning, so the hotel checked us in to a better room with additional cost-- which was a really nice gesture, but at the same time, we weren't exactly sure what was being upgraded (the front desk just explained that it was a better room) or the validity of the price increase. We were too tired to ask questions, so we just went along with it. It would've been nice if it was better explained. Again, we are still thankful that they let us in early though!
-: One of the ACs in the room was dripping water when we turned it on. The good thing was there were 2 AC's and the room was actually small enough that we only needed 1 AC anyway. The walls between the rooms were thin, so when we had a very noisy neighbor on the final night we were there, the night seemed long and dreadful.
