+: Naja es war nettes Personal, und ein Parkplatz stand zur Verfügung. Sonst ist eigentlich nur die Lage gut

-: Wo fang ich da an….. Das erste war schon, dass es nicht sauber ist und eigentlich nicht regelmäßig gereinigt wird. Man muss alles erfragen wie zum Beispiel frische Handtücher und noch eine Rolle Toiletten Papier usw. Ausstattung ist nicht das wahre!!! Defekte Klimaanlage, sodass es die ganze Zeit laute Geräusche macht auch in der Nacht!!Es ist immer ein Doppelbett und die restlichen sind Schrankklappbetten!! Aufzug ist regelmäßig kaputt. Sehr Hellhörige Zimmer. Und einiges mehr

-: Es war sehr laut und die Möbel im Zimmer waren sehr als und kaputt sah alles unhygienisch aus

+: Personal behaviour was nice and kindly

-: Having an elevator was really important for me because climbing stairs is difficult for my mother. But unfortunately there was no elevator for the last floor it was just for lower floors! So my mum had to climb stairs to reach her room every time we went down!

+: Otelin konumu çok iyi. Kendine ait güvenli bir otoparkı olması ise harikaydı. Otel çalışanları gayet iyi insanlar.

-: Banyoda birkaç kırık malzeme vardı ve kapısı kilitlenmiyordu. Ancak bir gece konaklama yaptığımız için bu detaylar bizi hiç rahatsız etmedi.

+: Местоположението и наличието на паркинг

-: Още при пристигането се опитаха да ни настанят в обикновена стая, а не делукс, за която бяхме платили.В стаята миришеше на цигари, в банята липсваха основни консумативи ( сапун и тоалетна хартия).

+: L’emplacement est bien, proche du Bosphore mais dans une petite ruelle donc très calme la nuit pour dormir. La climatisation fonctionne bien et le lit est confortable.
