+: + Check-In: relativ schnell+ Zimmer: kompakt und gut ausgestattet ausreichend für ein paar Übernachtungen + Personal: nettfreundlich + Spa-PoolGym-Bereich: ist inklusive, sehr schön zum abschalten undoder fit zu bleiben+ Lage: vorteilhaft (ziemlich mittig auf der asiatischen Seite, Flughafen ist nah genug, wir hatten gleich ein Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe welches wir zu Fuß in 10 min erreichen konnten) + Check-Out: reibungslos + PreisLeistung: war ok
-: - Service: jeden Tag wurde irgendetwas im Zimmer vergessen (Bade- und Handtücher, Tassen, KaffeeWasserTee etc.), das mussten wir immer telefonisch nachfordern, hat dann meistens nach 15-20 min geklappt- HygieneSauberkeitZimmerausstattung: dies ist unser zweites Mal hier und ich weiß, dass das letzte mal definitiv besser war… (Hygieneartikel Dusche, etc., es wurde anscheinend nicht immer gründlich gesaugt, es ließ im allgemeinen zu wünschen übrig… schade)- Benachrichtigung über Booking: man reagiert erst am zweiten Tag auf die Nachrichten… und das erst wenn man selber wieder etwas schreibt!- Bezahlung: das Hotel rechnet mit einem leider selber ab und nicht über Booking, dies bringt leider einige Nachteile mit sich… (unnötige zusätzliche Telefonkosten, weil wir ein Problem klären mussten!)
