+: Excellent location, really good hotel. Guzel from the front desk was exceptionally helpful, provided good suggestions for sightseeing and generally made our stay fantastic....thank you.

-: Petit déjeuner Spa surtout pas

+: - L’empalcement- le personnel surtout Mme Feride, Mr Yuksel, Mr Harun, et la dame du housekeeping, ils sont aimables et chaleureux . Et je n’oublierai pas le personnel à la réception et au petit déjeuner. - le calme et la bonne isolation des chambres.- le petit déjeuner était varié.- le 7 ème étage avec une vue à couper le souffle idéale pour contempler le coucher de soleil

-: Le manque des petits accessoires de la douche.

+: Room was good, clean, had almost everything, a little too small but sufficient for the purpose. Bathroom lacked usual accessories such as cotton buds etc.

-: Couldn't use swimming pool as we had to buy from hotel headcaps at inflated prices, steam room did not work despite I complained about it but staff were not accommodating nor helpful, staff were not welcoming and did not provide towels.
