+: breakfast was nice , But There is many Problem , I am Disappointed Totally and it is Shameful , 50% of staff did not Receive any Training about how to behave or talk with Customer there is was on Man very professional & ( age 50 to 52 ) , very respectful and professional ( he show the room ) there was one lady red hair very kind and respectful there was 2 man ( reception Desk unfortunately very bad behavior, Very rude and rude insolent ( Mr KAAN ), it is shameful for hotel 4 star with that fake point of 8.2 ) Mr KAAN Apart from work, you even forgot that we were guests of your hotel and country there was another lady ( manager ) she was professional and if I did not give any point rate number 1 just because of her ( the woman with black her know how to talk & do her best , she has to work in Hotel 5 star like Hilton , she was Kind and respectful , thank you

-: The gentlemen thought that we work there and that they are customers No, we were your guests there. It is embarrassing, without a doubt we will never come to that hotel I don't see an interesting future with this wrong behavior The behavior of the room cleaners was very kind and respectful Goodbye & good luck

+: We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We would like to warmly thank the entire team, especially ( MELEK, BERFIN, FIRAT and SERHAT) for their warm welcome that made us feel at home. A special thank you to MELEK and BIRFIN, who were exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, including helping us change rooms due to noise from our neighbors.They also helped my wife organize my birthday at the hotel, a gesture we greatly appreciated. Every time we had a request, MELEK and BIRFIN did not hesitate to do whatever was necessary to satisfy us. The hotel was very clean and true to the photos. We will definitely return!
