-: وصلت متأخر ووجدت توافر بالفندق لكن موظف الاستقبال(قبل عملية الحجز)فاجأني بأنه لايوجد توافر وان البوكينق معلوماته غير دقيقه ثم خرجت للسياره واجريت حجز بالبوكينق وتبين لنا انه متوفر واعطانا غرفه صغير ولاتكاد تكفي للعائله فطلبت اكبر فطلب مني دفع 60 يورو زياده لانها اكبر فدفعت مظطرا حتى لا أتأخر اكثر وكنا متعبين.. لكن على الرغم مما بدر منه الا انه كان لطيف ومتعاون بعد الحجز .
