+: La femme de ménage est d’une extrême gentillesse malgré la barrière de la langue elle a su nous comprendre et se faire comprendre.
-: Les agents d’accueil n’étaient pas des plus agréables, contrairement aux jeunes en formation qui étaient top avec les résidents. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais ce qui rend les dialogues vraiment compliqués voire impossibles. La clim était très souvent en panne malheureusement

+: It was very clean, they actually changed the bed sheets and towels every single day. The room and the bathroom were big enough. The breakfast was good, not very mixed, but still good.
-: We had a street view and unfortunately, it was really noisy. We were in Istanbul for medical problems, so we spent a lot of time in the hotel room. And also the rooms, inside, they are not well soundproofed. The staff is friendly but it is really hard to communicate with, because of their lack of knowledge of the English language.

+: Location was good, but breakfast was every day same. I recommend to have some differences. People don't like to eat every day same food.
