+: The location was good only

-: The reception staff manager who couldn’t fix his ATM machine so I could pay for my stay, he just wanted ways to get cash out of me to avoid his tax. The washroom door was broken, the over all maintenance of the hotel needed to be fixed. The receptionist was rude as well and lack customer service skills, there was no staff available to help as I was with family and kids

+: The owner speaks English, he was very responsive to my request (extra toilet paper, towel, even brought me a space heater due to heat cut by the municipality).

-: it is an old building, so even when it is clean, it may not give that impression - my room, bed linens, bathroom were clean. A small tear on a curtain did not affect the functionality. Backside faces north and is on very tiny narrow street, so you see the other building right outside the window but this does not affect safety or noise, only the amount of daylight through the window is limited.
