+: The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is huge with many options and fresh made omlettes. Rooms are quite big.
-: In the offer on booking it was mentioned that there is a bathtub but this was an old information... The SPA is managed by another company, that's why you can't pay the masage later. The jakuzis in the SPA are closed since maybe 3-4 years (it was not my first time in this hotel. The TV in the rooms was horrible. It's very small and old. The channels are not working well. This was confirmed also by friends staying in different rooms.

-: No one from reception works during the night.They held a big party during one night until 12 am. It was very very noisy…..after that they started moving the tables and chairs….they didn’t even consider people living there slept already.

-: Hotel un po' datato, servirebbe un ammodernamento, il wifi è molto scarso con continui disservizi, il personale parla poco inglese e con difficoltà
