This property is a 5-minute walk from the beach. Located on the seafront of Seferihisar's Sigacik area, Royal Teos Thermal Resort Clinic & Spa offers a private sandy beach with free sun loungers. The resort has 4 swimming pools, 3 water slides and a spa center with a sauna and a Turkish bath.

Further facilities include an indoor pool and a fitness center. Water sports facilities are also available on site including windsurfing, pedalo, canoe and water polo.

Featuring a modern décor, the air-conditioned rooms of Euphoria include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, electric kettle, mini-bar and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms also offer a private outdoor pool or sea views.

+: Super schönes sauberes Hotel. Nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Ausreichende Angebote für Kinder wie zwei verschiedene Spielräume mit Betreuung, Animation Kinderdisco. Frauenbereich mit diversen Aktivitäten und sauberem Pool. Gemeinsamer Pool sehr sauber.

-: Nicht alle Attraktionen waren verfügbar z.B. die großen Wasserrutschen. Leider war das Thermalbad nicht ausreichend sauber.
