+: I liked the aquapark, the pools, the size of the room, the beach

-: The rooms are far away from the facilities you have to walk a lot, the room was not clean and you have to ask for everything although it was all inclusive they provide the room with few water bottles no tissue box unless you ask the cover of the bed has no duvet unless you ask the coffee capsules for the coffee machine was never refilled although we asked, the save box was not working and we asked too many times to fix it and they didn’t. The room service and house keeping was not good, the food was average to bad, i’ve been to all inclusive before with a lot more options and tasted much better, the shows wasn’t suitable for little kids, the kids club was small comparing to other resorts. We had to pay extra for one of the kids although we booked family suite and they charged us in turkish lira instead of euro by mistake then they wanted us to pay again which we told them we will do, they deactivated our keys to make sure we go and pay !! I didn’t like this move it was very disrespectful going to your room with stairs with your one year old baby to find that your key is not working

+: המקום יפהפה, וכולל הרבה מאוד פעילויות.חוף הים והבריכות ממש נהדרים, ופארק המים מושלם.האוכל טוב מאוד, והכל כלול לרבות רוב סוגי האלכוהול.החדר נאה, ומרווח מספיק למשפחה.אני מאוד ממליץ לבצע דרכם את השייט לשלושת האיים, בתשלום נוסף. היה שווה מאוד.

-: המון המון המון יתושים בחדר. ברמה שממש הפריעה לנו.אין רשתות על החלונות, וככל הנראה גם בידוד לא מספק.בנוסף לכך, אין במלון מידע מסודר באנגלית לגבי כל הפעילויות במלון, זמני מופעים, אטרקציות תיירותיות קרובות וכדומה. צריך ממש לשאול ולחפש את המידע.היתה גם בעיה קטנה, שאחת המנורות בחדר לא פעלה.הנושא לא טופל במשך שבוע ימים, למרות שפנינו בנושא לקבלה שוב ושוב.

+: Beautiful nature and the sea - a heavenly place. A huge beach, where you can always find free sunbeds. Very tasty and varied food in the main restaurant. All kind of fruits, delicious ice cream, fish, shrimps etc. Day time a lot of food courts for a snack, delicious cocktails. Great water park and kids club. Polite staff. We will definitely come again!

-: Hygiene, oudewetse krappe badkamer en de vele muggen in de hele kamer. Overal platgeslagen muggen tegen de muren door onze voorgangers. Onze kinderen en wij zijn overal gestoken, waardoor we niet hebben kunnen genieten van onze vakantie. Ondanks de muggensprayen die gespoten zijn. Het waren er tientallen per dag. Heel erg jammer dat er hier structureel niets aan gedaan wordt.
