+: The location perfect the foods was great . The room big enough. The assistant manager Mr sabri nice person and help guests for anything you want .
-: The only things I didn't like is some ladies who works in the reception need to focus on the hospitality. Also for me I think the price for this hotel is expensive. I booked double room for 2 guests only 3 nights all exclusive breakfast and lunch and dinner with booking website £850 honestly is too expensive.

+: Les repas au buffet étaient plutôt très bon et très variés au niveau du choix.Le personnel très professionnel.Beaucoup d’activités pour les enfants.
-: Plage de sable noir. Beaucoup trop de monde donc presque impossible de trouver des matelas au bord des piscines sans les réserver tôt le matin.

+: Das Hotel war super!Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern.. wir waren mit unserem 3,5 jährigen Sohn das erste mal dort.Essen war sehr vielfältig und wirklich sehr lecker, vorallem das Kinderbuffet für die Kids war für unserem Sohn ein Highlight jeden Tag..Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommen und immer sehr aufmerksam.Die Anlage ist sehr groß und es gibt viel zu entdecken & verschiedene Pools für groß und klein.
-: Leider sind die Liegen immer belegt einige Gäste stehen früh auf, um die zu reservieren was die Sache nicht gerade einfach macht sich einen guten Platz zu angeln mit Kleinkind.Manche bunkern sich gleich am mehreren Pool Anlagen einen Platz.. was leider nicht fair gegenüber anderen Gästen ist.

+: The hotel complex is huge and although a bit overcrowded - it is extremely well managed . The food was delicious , always fresh and very varied which is not obvious at such quantities. Common areas were constantly cleaned, everything was spotless. We also appreciated omnipresence of reusable cups which limited the production of waste. Great stay!
-: The gym was well equipped but it would benefit from a renovation. The space could be bigger and the machines newer.
