+: The location was great, room was clean, also everyday bedsheets,towels were changing. I liked breakfast also , there was wide choices.Staff reception was really helpful.
-: In rooms there was not kettle, but it was not problem when we wanted hot water reception was helping. Also in lobby there was coffee machine.

+: Great hotel to stay in, near taxism square, staff are lovely and breakfast was ok has variety. Bedroom are a good size and very clean, they have good cleaner staff. Would recommend

+: Location and staff including house keeping were very nice
-: Breakfast : they can add more items and they should keep breakfast more fresh and change items that passed 2 days , for example the white cheese looks yellow and they insisted to keep it everyday and when i gave that note they told me that it is normal . The coffee machine should be changed , because it is adding too much water in all the options.Room : The refrigerator is not working and they don't add any amenities like tea or instant coffee in the room , Only 2 cups of Water.

+: Nous avons effectué un séjour de 1 semaine dans cet hôtel.Points positifs :-Bel emplacement (centre-ville) situé à proximité de plusieurs lieux touristiques;-Personnel de l’accueil sympathique et disponible.
-: Points négatifs :-Mobiliers défectueux notamment : prise électrique, meuble de la salle de bain cassé, poignée de portière de douche cassée;-Chambre étroite, un seul mobilier de rangement dans le séjour (une petite armoire) très compliqué pour 2-3 personnes en termes de rangement;-De plus, nous avons demandé une prestation de sauna, hamam et gommage à l’accueil.Ce service a été honoré partiellement car le sauna et le hamam ne fonctionnait pas (aucune vapeur). On nous a demandé de revenir quelques jours après, mais toujours le même problème. Aucune remise nous a été faite sous prétexte que le montant payé était une réduction (faveur) de la part de notre interlocuteur. (Réduction dont nous n’étions pas au courant au moment du paiement…)Nous avons été déçus à ce sujet.
