+: Location is good

-: Cleaning team must do their job much better. Floor in our room was no one time cleaned. Airco’s must be cleaned regularly, it’s not healthy to be there.Very LOUD music outside until 23:00 - 23:30 everyday.

+: The views from the balcony were mesmerising, the location is close to important attractions to visit such as Olympos Teleferik (the 2nd longest cable car in the world) and Phaselis Antik Kenti (a historical city by the beach). It’s also just 10-15 mins walk to the city center of Kemer. The beach of the hotel is good and a short walk from the room. The staff was nice enough to let us use the hotel facilities for a couple more hours after check-out, even if we gave the room card away. All staff was smiley and seemed eager to help you in any ways. The cleaning lady at the 4th floor is such a gem of a woman, very kind and generous!

-: At the restaurant, for lunch and dinner, there is a very heavy smell from all the grilling and cooking inside, which can turn down your appetite, especially if you are vegetarian (as my friend was). The air conditioning inside the restaurant does not work very well, so it can feel quite stuffy and hot inside. The bar in the restaurant could do with some more cleaning, as it smells bad. The qualify of food in the hotel is not that good either. But the gozleme house compensates with their amazing gozleme. I hope they will improve their restaurant setting and quality of food as the hotel itself is wonderful from all other perspectives.

+: The location and the food was good.

-: The service was not good and the staff from hotel was not friendly. We booked a room with sea view and at our check in, they offered us a room which had the view of the opposite hotel that was 3-4 meters away from our balcony. After almost 1,5 hours of negotiations to get the room that we paid for, we tried to discuss with the manager but he was very unfriendly and rude. He told us that he doesn’t have a room with sea view available and if we don’t accept to sleep one night in this room, we have also the option to stay in the lobby with no room. We insisted and we received at the end a room with sea view but the room was dirty and not prepared for guests. Some furniture was in a bad state and also the AC was not working properly. The cleaning of our room during our stay in Fore Resort and Spa was very poor. The bed sheets were not changed at all until the moment we asked how often are the bed sheets supposed to be changed. After a couple of days after the incident with the room, they tried to make it up to us and offered an invitation for a free dinner in restaurant. Even though the food was good, the service at their restaurant was also lacking.
