+: Les chambres sont grandes ce qui donne un confort supplémentaire, l'hôtel est proche du métro et des restaurants ou fast food. J'ai passé 4 nuits sans regrets. Je pense y retourner.

+: Location and reception staff (especially Aysel)

-: We booked a 3-bed room at this hotel for 8 nights and were completely disappointed. The only positive aspects were the location and the friendly reception staff, especially Aysel, who was amazing. However, the hotel advertised free airport transport on their website, but after we booked and paid, they emailed us to say that free airport transport was not available. The breakfast options were limited, and the restaurant staff made comments about the guests, which were judgmental and unprofessional (one of our group understands Turkish and could understand their remarks). Throughout our 8-day stay, our bed sheets were not changed, despite frequent requests for room service. While the room was cleaned, the bed sheets and pillow covers remained unchanged, and some stains were visible. Additionally, the pillows were rock hard, causing us neck pain. The air conditioning was very weak, leaving the rooms uncomfortably hot. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star rating and is more comparable to a 2-star hotel.
