+: The staff was very nice and helpful
-: The room we got across from the main blg. I believe I had asked a higher room with a balcony . We didn’t have an elevator and are not young travellers. We had to step into the shower to get in the bathroom comfortably and the space between the toilet and sink I barely comfortable. If you are bigger people, it’s a problem.

+: The hotel was lovely. The breakfast arearestaurant was amazing, it has the view of an ancient roman palace + sea. I heard from staff that the chairs and tables in the restaurant were newly renovated and they were beautiful. Other than that the hotel is in a serene location but also is close to Sultanahmet Square. I loved my room, I think I was upgraded. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely stay in this hotel again when I come to Istanbul. I think this place is a semi hidden gem. Interestingly they make great latte macchiato and homemade cheesecake!!

+: They took extra care of us to make it feel comfortable. Arranged for room upgrade and Turkish Bath etc. There location and breakfast was also good. They have very nice reception and other staff.
-: The complementary water bottle was given for the first day only, where as in all other hotels that we stayed in Turkey had complementary water bottle everyday after room cleaning.

+: La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda al centro città, ci si può spostare comodamente a piedi e si è comodi al tram. La colazione è ricca di piatti tipici.
-: Siamo rimasti delusi dalla struttura e dalle camere in quanto, vedendo le foto su booking, tutto sembrava molto più bello. Noi abbiamo prenotato una camera vista mare ma ce n'è stata assegnata un'altra e al primo impatto quando si giunge all'Hotel, abbiamo pensato di essere in un hotel diverso da quello prenotato.

+: De hamam was fijn na een dagje sightseeing
-: Kamer was ok maar ook alles niet meer zo mooi...afbladderende verf, zwarte randen in badkamer, tegels kapot, deuren die niet goed sluiten. Verkeerslawaai.Ontbijt was matig, bv roerei koud. Koffie moest extra worden betaald. Wij hebben de komende dagen buiten de deur ontbijt genuttigd.
