+: I loved the view of the Bosphorus from the room. The hotel is very well located, close to Istiklal and the metro station. The staff, especially at the reception, the housekeeper... were fantastic. Aslı was especially sweet with my baby. The hotel was clean, with fresh sheets every day. My requests (baby bed, room on a higher floor) were perfectly accommodated. I highly recommend this hotel!
-: The only point to improve would be the breakfast.
