+: The Staff, Room & location were exceptional. The concierge team were always welcoming and extremely helpful and friendly. With always a helpful tip or Turkish coffee or tea on hand. The room facilities were clean and of high standard. The Buffet breakfast was delicious. The hotel is only a short walk from the main sites with great restaurants close by. Would recommend for anyone to stay.

-: It suffers from the same thing as every hotel in Sultan Ahmet just being a little too expensive for what it offers. But it’s not just them so not a GRH fault.

+: La hospitalidad del personal, los servicios que ofrece y la ubicación. Situado en cembelerites está al lado el tranvía para acceder a varias partes de la ciudad y a 5 minutos a pie de Sultanamed plaza donde se encuentran la mayoría de puntos de interés de la ciudad.
