+: Such lovely staff particularly check-in & check out time Mr Nijat was very helpful . Made us immediately feel very relaxed which set off the whole stay. Thank you very muchMr Yasir the manger was also very kind and booked extra night for us without any problem. Every-thing just right - amazing value for money. +: L'hôtel est dans un quartier vivant avec pleins de restaurant à quelques mètres du bospohore à pied, la proximité de commerçants est agréable. Le personnel est sympa, le service de transfert est un peu cher mais il est opérationnel

+: Staff was very kind and friendly, they tried their best to help us and made our vacation comfortable. We’ were really pleased when our regular double room was upgraded without the extra charge to family room with 2 separate bedrooms and more space. Breakfast was also tasty and everyone will find what to eat, even peaky eaters like me.
-: Location was generally close to everything according to meters to walk, but the nearest main tram stop was about 8-9 mins uphills ,this road every day really made us tired.
