+: Food was delicious (but monotonous). Room and beach towels in good size (but worn out). Reception and guest relatation were always helpful and friendly. Hotel beach is nicely sandy and mostly calm (big waves do not reach shores). Enjoyed evening pianist hours in the lobby.
-: Coctail quality uneven (certain people did it better, lets say like that). Food quality has gone down compared to 8 years back. Evening entertainment I would even say boring and not considerate of different age dynamic in the hotel. During the day various snack bars available but the food is the same day to day. I was not able to see the environment-care aspect: huge food waste, hygienic products in small bottles, non-reusable plastic cups and straws in use. Some of the elevators were out of work. Poolside very overcrowded and a lot of loud music.

Jeg forklarede situationen til personalet, og de hjalp mig ikke.
