+: Hotel location is very close to public transportation.Manager was flexible with room exchange. He offered me 2 rooms to choose from.

-: Room is small

+: Some of the catering staff were very rude.

-: Behaviour of the staff some of them were very rude especially catering and cleaning staff need some training.

-: Nothing is clean , so small rooms , also the bathroom is so small , it doesn’t worth a 140 dollars for two rooms per night

-: Die Zimmereinrichtung sieht als würde sie vom Sperrmüll stammen . Das Zimmer war extrem laut und hellhörig. Morgens dringen die Gerüche aus der Küche über die Lüftungsanlage (im Bad) in das Zimmer. Unannehmbar. Frühstück im Keller, den Tee oder Kaffee musste man in Pappbechern zu sich nehmen. Es gibt keine Tassen! Frühstück erfüllt gerade einmal die Mindestanforderungen. Das Personal ist wenig zugewandt. Dafür aber nervt es mit dem Bemühen einem das Geschirr wegzunehmen, obwohl man noch nicht das Frühstück beendet hat.
