+: Стаята е чиста и удобна, храната е разнообразна , плажа е хубав, басейните са чисти . Анимацията е интересна. Персонала е внимателен и отзивчив. Благодарим отново за прекрасната ваканция която изкарахме при вас. Втора поредна година и отново сме много довални.

+: Entertainment programm in the evening was fun, we enjoyed it (I'd prefer it to be with more games with the guests , rather than magic show or just dancing). One night there was a live music performance, it was really nice!The pianist was playing very pleasant music everyday in the evenings during dinner time.Hotel is located in 1 min walking distance from the beach.Rooms and beach are very clean.Massage was very good and relaxing!View from the balcony over the mountains and the sea is awesome😊"Gozleme" (turkish food made of dough and toppings) made next to the beach was delicious😋

-: I hope the management sees my entire feedback below and takes more serious measures, than forcing their employees to beg the guests for good reviews😒 The staff were doing their best, big thanks to them!At check-in they put a bracelet on your wrist as a sign of "all inclusive" (so you can use restaurants, the beach, etc) which you should keep on your wrist during your entire stay at the hotel. It was indescribably uncomfortable, like an handcuff.I hate to be forced to do something, and of course I took it off immediately (actually I ripped it out, because it was impossible just to take it off) . Noone from the staff never asked me about the bracelet, then why did we have to wear it anyway?? (I'm attaching the image of this "handcuff"🤦‍♀️)No complimentary water bottles in the room, you should pay for it! But guess what? You have a kettle. Yeah, you have a kettle but no water to fill it in🙄 We were taking small water cups from the bar, I would never pay for water in "all inclusive" hotel🤦‍♀️I asked for the iron and the receptionist told me that she can't provide me with it, but we can use their "ironing service" which was available until 5 p.m. only (it was about 7 p.m already when we were having this conversation, so I had no chance to use this service anyway) and it costed 2-3 euros per each item of clothing. Every5* hotel should either provide an iron free of charge or at least have a special room where guests may get their clothes ironed by themselves. We had to wear rumpled clothes during our entire stay at the hotel (it would be reckless to spend about 50 eur just for ironing!!!, and especially when they leave you no chance but to do so (forcing guests to use their service? no, thanks!!!

+: خدمة الاستقبال لم نتأخر بأخذ الغرفالمكان كان ملموم وجميع الخدمات متقاربة البحر قريبالممشى ممتازالألعاب المائية للاطفالخدمة بوفية الناتس والشاي

-: الفندق قديمالأثاث قديم يمشي حالهالتلفزيون موجود ومو موجود يعني ما منه فايدهالنظافة في المسابح ضعيفه خدمة الفوط لازم تروح السرداب عند لسباه والسونا علشان تأخذ الفوطه ليش ما تتوفر عند المسبح مباشره خاصه اغلب الموجودين كبار في السنلايوجد اسناك بعد العشاء فقط شاي وبعد الساعة 12 مساء حتي الواحده شوربه فقط مع خبز. الفنادق الاخره توفر البيتزا وفطائر وأنواع اخري يعني 24 ساعة متوفر الأكل وجميع المشروبات الشي غريب القهوه التركيه بفلوسكراسي حمام الشمس قليلة

-: Strand:Wasser und Sand schmutzig und liegepolster qaren verschimmelt. Wuren allerdings nach ein paar Tagen ausgetauscht.Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig gekühlt und waschbecken war verstopft.
