+: Reception was helpful and friendly. Yousra in reception was a delight. Very helpful and smart. Her language skills were amazing and I really enjoyed meeting her. She has excellent customer service skills and is the best staff there.

+: Het hotel is voor een kort verblijf prima te doen; het is schoon en de kamers worden dagelijks schoongemaakt. Wij hebben heel veel informatie over Istanbul gekregen van de hotel host Yousra, zij is een uiterst vriendelijk en kundig persoon, waar het hotel ontzettend blij mee moet zijn.

-: De kamers zijn erg klein, voor een paar dagen is het te doen, maar als je langer in Istanbul wilt blijven, is het hotel geen aanrader. Daarnaast werkt Wifi niet geweldig; valt heel veel uit en opnieuw opstarten is dan de enige mogelijkheid.

+: Staff was most helpful greeted with a smile, allowed us to check in early. Breakfast had a huge choice and the view from the breakfast room was amazing

+: Great location. Hotel is very clean and all staff were friendly from the front desk to the housekeeping and catering staff. Yousra was very accommodating and friendly.
