+: A szálloda és a szoba remek volt, kitűnő volt a reggeli is.

-: A személyzet is majdnem mindenki barátságos volt és segítőkész. Kivéve a Melmen, a manager, aki arrogáns és lekezelő volt, a végére kifejezetten rosszindulatúan viselkedett. Ő az aki lehúzza a hotel színvonalát.
